Code of Conduct

Our commitment to a respectful, professional, and inclusive environment for all eiMAN users, partners, and team members.

Effective: April 13, 2026. eiMAN is built on mutual respect, collaboration, and integrity. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards we expect from everyone interacting with our platform and community.

1 Purpose

eiMAN exists to help Filipino teams work better together. To achieve that, we need everyone — our users, clients, partners, and employees — to uphold a common standard of professional conduct that fosters trust, respect, and productivity.

This Code of Conduct exists to make that expectation clear and enforceable.

2 Who It Applies To

This Code of Conduct applies to:

  • All registered users of the eiMAN platform
  • All employees, contractors, and partners of MNLeistung Inc.
  • Anyone representing eiMAN at events, online or in person
  • Organizations that deploy eiMAN within their teams

Organization administrators are responsible for ensuring their team members comply with this code within their workspace.

3 Expected Standards

All members of the eiMAN community are expected to:

  • Treat others with courtesy, dignity, and professionalism at all times
  • Communicate clearly, honestly, and constructively
  • Respect diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and ways of working
  • Take ownership of tasks and commitments responsibly
  • Protect confidential information shared within the platform
  • Provide constructive feedback and receive it graciously
  • Report issues through appropriate channels rather than escalating publicly

4 Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination:

  • Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any form — including online
  • Discriminatory language or actions based on race, gender, religion, age, disability, or sexual orientation
  • Sharing false, misleading, or defamatory content about individuals or organizations
  • Unauthorized access to another user's account or data
  • Using the platform to store or distribute illegal, offensive, or malicious content
  • Circumventing security measures or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities
  • Impersonation of eiMAN staff or other users

5 Responsible Platform Use

Users agree to use eiMAN only for lawful, work-related purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or phishing content
  • Automate actions that generate excessive load on eiMAN infrastructure
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
  • Use shared workspaces to store personal data unrelated to the organization's work
Organizations are responsible for ensuring their workspace content complies with applicable Philippine laws, including RA 10175 (Cybercrime Prevention Act) and RA 10173 (Data Privacy Act).

6 Reporting Violations

If you witness or experience a violation of this Code of Conduct, please report it promptly. You can:

  • Use the in-platform "Report" feature on any task or message
  • Email our Trust & Safety team at conduct@mnleistung.ph
  • Contact your organization administrator for internal workplace concerns

All reports are treated with confidentiality. We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who submits a good-faith report.

7 Enforcement

eiMAN reserves the right to investigate all reported violations and take appropriate action, including:

  • Issuing a formal warning to the offending account
  • Temporarily suspending access to the platform
  • Permanently terminating an account without refund
  • Escalating to relevant authorities where illegal activity is suspected

Enforcement decisions are made at the discretion of MNLeistung Inc. and are final unless subject to applicable legal appeal.
